This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment, delivery, and handling of products purchased from Aurashie (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In cases of high order volume, processing times may be extended. You will be notified if significant delays occur.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
- We partner with reputable courier and logistics companies for domestic shipping within India.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote or difficult service areas: 7–14 business days
- Delivery time may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, operational restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES:
- Shipping charges may vary depending on product weight, destination, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Free shipping may be offered on specific products or on orders above a specified amount.
4. ORDER TRACKING:
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s website or app.
5. INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
- Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to two times.
- If the order is not accepted or no one is available to receive it, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipment charges will be applicable for re-delivery requests.
7. DAMAGED, MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS:
- If you receive a damaged package, missing items, or suspect loss, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the package/product and order details for verification.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At present, Aurashie ships only within India. International shipping is not available. Any updates to this policy will be announced on our website.
9. FORCE MAJEURE:
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
