This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment, delivery, and handling of products purchased from Aurashie (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

a. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
b. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
c. In cases of high order volume, processing times may be extended. You will be notified if significant delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

a. We partner with reputable courier and logistics companies for domestic shipping within India.
b. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days
• Remote or difficult service areas: 7–14 business days

c. Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, operational restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

a. Shipping charges may vary depending on product weight, destination, and promotional offers.
b. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
c. Free shipping may be available on select products or on orders above a certain amount.


4. Order Tracking

a. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be provided via email or SMS.
b. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the courier’s website/app.


5. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

a. Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
b. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
c. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


6. Delivery Attempts

a. Couriers typically attempt delivery up to two times.
b. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to us.
c. Re-shipment charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

a. If you receive a damaged package, missing items, or suspect loss, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
b. Provide photographs of the package/product along with your order details.
c. We will coordinate with the courier partner. Replacement, refund, or compensation will follow our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

Aurashie currently ships only within India. International shipping is not yet available. Updates will be posted on our website.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation issues, or other disruptions.
