We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through aurashie.com.

If at all the order is cancelled within 24hrs of purchase, the amount would be refunded within 4-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from aurashie.com are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 24 hours of receiving the item. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of aurashie.com.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 24 hours for a possible exchange.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
  • If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee an exchange for your order.

Note -

  1. The images of the items are edited before uploading them on the website. They may differ slightly in color shades. This difference, after receiving the product, will not be considered as damage/defect and will not be applicable for any refund/exchange.
  2. If the order is not delivered due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer (e.g., mobile number, pin code, etc.), the amount will be refunded after deducting the complete courier charges and ONLY when we receive the product at our warehouse.
