Return & Refund policy

 

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for products purchased from Aurashie (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing products from Aurashie, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.


1. Returns Eligibility

a. Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated for specific products.
b. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
c. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, intimate apparel, or items marked non-returnable) may not be eligible for return. Eligibility will be specified on the product page where applicable.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.


3. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, contact our customer support at aurashie@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (where applicable).
b. Once a return is authorized, follow the instructions provided for shipping or collection. You may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error by Aurashie or a defective product.


4. Refunds

a. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility.
b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, at our discretion.
c. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider; Aurashie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors like Cashfree.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us at aurashie@gmail.com with your order details. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchanged item is priced differently, the price difference will be handled at the time of exchange.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurashie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by applicable law.
